Downtown Wine And Cheese
Currently slated for demo, this building originally provided home for the train conductor in the early 1900s then became Gainesville’s first wine shop in 1974. Updated in 2015 to become the city’s first wine bar.

With a large double lot for entertaining and events, much of the design on this property was landscaping and patio design as well as creating an inviting interior for lounging and enjoying cocktails.
